Firstly, big shout out to Sheetal and whoever worked on that pool which is HEATED, hands down the best pool we have ever been in and being in the open, which was windy and cold and being in a heated pool with that view- absolute game changer.

As soon as we get down from our vehicle, the taj team mainly Teni (can’t thank her enough) took very good care of us, arranged cake for my son birthday and made our special day so memorable that I feel like switching my loyalties from other hotel partner to becoming a Taj member.

The only slight drawback at attending at this time of year was that they were in the process of renovating the pool area so hearing the works at the section of the pool which was open was not as relaxing

Stay for short 5 nights family ( 1 and 2 y.o kids) vacation- we was upgraded course kids pool was under reconstruction- by the pool was incredibly loud, we LOVE ROOM ANS SERVICE EVERYWHERE was awesome !!!

Given the season, the choice of restaurants within the property was quite limited- the beachfront restaurant was closed and the kids outdoor area was under renovation.

A call button given but no one came so had to resort to going to the bar - one pizza and 2 cokes £24, took up to one hour to arrive, and no one come to clear away after service so very disappointing as crows were pouncing!

I had acute food poisoning from a glass of coconut water, I addressed it to the food and beverage manager, the general manager and the staff, they were all in denial, not helpful and unwilling to make sure to hold the kitchen accountable so that it doesn’t happen to other guest.
