*Staff*: Extremely ignorant unhelpful from check-in to Front desk was dismissive, housekeeping ignored requests, and restaurant staff acted like guests were a burden.

I was not informed in advance that many restaurants were closed and the property was under construction, rooms, main pool, my room had a plastic sheet nailed over the window 🥴 construction noise all day!!

No doubt location of this property is ultimate and the property is located in lush greenery but the rooms they are providing are not of even basic quality..very small and tinny rooms.

Have Booked for 3 Nights 3 rooms the experience has been terrible so far , The checkin was given at 3 pm smelly toilets completely unhygienic conditions , To add to the distress swamp of Honey bees , Rodents and cockroaches welcoming us n our rooms , The staff attitude is completely lack lustre…

I stayed here for 4 days, my experience wasn't great, My room wasn't clean and appeared dated, the bathroom was filthy (lm been diplomatic) and had not been cleaned for some considerable amount of time.

I booked this for a special day and Manthan and Megha really made it special by arranging a cake but the rooms alotted to us by Diksha were really shabby where there was seepage in the walls and curtains were bad.
