Great hotel but what is even better is the way the entire team looks after you and pampers you, the location is great, it’s a must visit hotel especially if you want to go and just relax and pamper your self at the beachside in luxury

The outstanding feature of this property is their rock pool bar overlooking the vagator beach, on two evenings we enjoyed the ocean view over drinks and watching the sunset, the vibe there is truly amazing,

No hot water, mould in the bath tub, extremely poor room service as well as always late golf cart service to the beach (had to wait for 20-25 mins on an average), delayed check in by 3.5 hours, extremely arrogant staff (including rooms director and the people at the front office desk).

you cannot sleep peacefully in the room, too many sounds and sound proofing is next to ZERO, also a huge sound come up every few minutes, so big as if the building is collapsing.
