Unfortunately the price doesn't match the facilities, pillows that are max 3cm think, impossible to sleep, old windows that don't close properly so the sound from the street during the night is impossible.

Bathroom has a bathtub who uses them anymore also In our room curtains were broken, they have 4 stars but they don’t have any slippers, if you don’t bring your own you need to step on to the carpet.

I reported it, someone came to check, and I was told the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do because they could not move me to another room.

We noticed that repairs had been done in the past but everything was left very dirty with paint coming off the walls.We did approach front office manager twice to try and fix the issues but seemed to be ignored as nothing was done.
