But the main issue is the cleanliness of the rooms, even after housekeeping visits the room is still not clean as per BonVoy standards.

We were stepping over everything to even get to the mirror, even the bedside cabinet was a tin barrel so once again no storage space.

The low stars due to the small size of the room (no place to open the luggage nor to hang more than few shirts, as well as the lack of a proper sound insulation (I was located in the „dependance“ facing the external garden).

No hot water for days, despite many requests they refused to turn on the building heat despite that we had no hot water and the rooms were freezing because they were unheated, uncarpeted without even an area rug and it was 44 F degrees at night.

the hotel lobby was pretty live and good ambiance only complaint are the room's ac, it wouldn't really cool the space, specially at night made me very sweaty when sleeping.
