Breakfast in the room in a cup so cold after 5 minutes, in other mercury establishments, it is thermo and teapot (as an excuse: they steal thermos, a little easy) poor quality pastries and we recommended some because we serve the minimum.....for a real breakfast.

The electronic lock on the door no0f our room (927) failed and despite the best efforts of the front desk staff they did not manage to get it open and we had to leave for the day without my walking stick which was very inconvenient.
