Problems guests raised

We sweat during the nights, and couldn’t sleep at all.

It's 25 degrees in Paris at the moment and the air conditioning is (apparently) on winter setting and cannot be changed - the heat in the rooms is intolerable.

Google, June 2026, rated 1/5 by this guest

Our bathroom smelled like sewage (we asked if they would at least clean out the toilet brush container, didn’t happen), the beds were uncomfortable, carpets stained, staff was rude.

Unexpected charges and refunds6 of 2921 in 49 reviews

Overcharged when arriving at the hotel

Also, the receptionist had lied about how much parking was as we were told it would be 36€ for 24 hrs, however, when exiting the parking garage, overall, we had been charged 148€ which is an extortionate amount.
