The family apartment was barely enough space for 2 people yet alone 2 adults and 2 children.

The room is very very small, they dont provide dental kit nor water as they support sustanability so they ask us to go down to the lobby to fill our water from the water fountains and we have to buy the bottle its not offered complimentary.

Very dirty old hotel rooms stink of smoke and dust and full of rubbish under sofa and beds has not been cleaned/vacuumed for a long time and on top basic needs like baby cot not provided us with a sheet to throw on the floor for him I wouldn’t even let my dog sleep that way let alone my child!!!!
